By using this site and ordering from The Good Chaos, you agree to the terms below. Read once, order forever, until we update these.

Orders and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or reject orders if a batch is sold out, stock is inaccurate, or pricing or listing errors occur.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in SGD. Payments are processed securely via HitPay. We do not store your full payment card details.

Order Confirmation

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive one, contact us at hello@thegoodchaos.co.

Product Information

Our products are prepared in a home bakery environment. Ingredient and allergen information is provided for guidance, but cross-contact may occur.

Intellectual Property

All site content, product names, visuals, and branding are owned by The Good Chaos and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Good Chaos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
